Started using this in my buttercream. Everyone raves over my buttercream now. They think it tastes more like a wedding icing now. It is so much cheaper than the other regular vanilla extract I used to use.
Good Mexican vanilla blend. The flavor is intense and rich. I bake lots of cakes so I needed something a bit above the imitation level. I love real vanilla but it is pricey and sometimes the flavor evaporates when you bake so this Mexican vanilla blend fits the bill. I recommend it. I do use a bit more than what the recipe calls for because I love the flavor.
