Jon Moxley was recently involved in another controversial segment on AEW Collision. A WWE veteran has severely criticized the same.
Jim Cornette was the latest to speak on Jon Moxley’s recent antics. Ever since Moxley formed the Death Riders, he has waged war on the entire locker room to bring AEW back to its glory days. They have attacked anyone and everyone who has dared to get in their way. A few weeks ago, Mox and his group attacked FTR backstage. When Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood returned to confront the stable at Worlds End, they brought Adam Copeland along with them kickstarting this feud.
This also meant that anyone close to Rated FTR would also be targeted by Mox and his crew. Last week on Collision, FTR was backstage with Rock N’ Roll Express who made a special appearance on the show. After their match, the cameras panned to the backstage area where the Purveyor of Violence had tied up the legends.
The Outrunners tried to save them but were ambushed by the Death Riders. By the time Rated FTR got to the back, Mox and his group had left. Jim Cornette spoke about this segment on the latest episode of his The Experience podcast. The WWE veteran trashed the whole segment, called it phony, and even questioned their mentality.

“So now, they didn’t even have a cliffhanger. Well, Moxley stole the Rock n’ Roll and he’s going to bring them back in Knoxville. You got to come see the Rock n’ Roll in Knoxville come back or are they going to come back or is he going to kill them, throw them off the Gay Street Bridge into the f***ing Tennessee River? There’s not even anything to make the people in Knoxville, ‘let’s go see how this is going to come out.’ It was so phony. What is their mentality over there that this would do any good for anything,” he said. [6:20 – 6:57]

Powerhouse Hobbs issued a warning to Jon Moxley
Powerhouse Hobbs was involved in the Casino Gauntlet Match this week on Dynamite. To everyone’s surprise, he won the bout and earned himself a shot at the AEW World Championship against Jon Moxley next week on Dynamite: Maximum Carnage.
Following the win, he was interviewed by Renee Paquette. In a defiant message Hobbs said that Moxley may have helped him get to AEW but he was putting that aside next week.
“Let it be told that Jon Moxley is the one that brought me to AEW. But next week, I plan on shocking the world. But not only that, I’m going to make Jon Moxley my b***h,” he said. [0:29-0:45]
It will be interesting to see if Powerhouse Hobbs will be able to defeat Jon Moxley next week on Dynamite.
