This little bad boy is incredible. I have a Big Green Egg, a gas grill, and a charcoal Weber. The Ninja literally smokes them all. I had a Traeger but couldn’t stand the microwave texture and poor smoke quality of the meat, so I gave it away for free. The Ninja was super easy to use, requires a minimal amount of pellets but provided good smoke taste. We smoked bone-in chicken thighs x 30″ at 300° and they tasted better than my Green Egg with a slight charred edge to the chicken. I am very impressed. Also, The Ninja is small and doesn’t require a lot of space. The only negative is you can’t smoke on this for a large party, but it’s perfect for a small family during the week.
