Vista Outdoor again urges shareholders to vote for sale of ammunition business to CSG

Vista Outdoor Inc. on Thursday urged shareholders to vote in favor of its proposal to sell its Kinetic Group ammunition business to the Czechoslovak Group, a Czech conglomerate, at a coming special meeting.
