The purchase brings Strategy\u2019s total holdings to 592,345 BTC, with an aggregate cost basis of $41.87 billion at an average price of $70,681 per coin.<\/p>\n The acquisition was funded through Strategy\u2019s<\/a> at-the-market (ATM) equity offering program, selling 166,566 shares of STRK preferred stock for $17 million and 84,354 shares of STRF preferred stock for $8.7 million.
