I don\u2019t think about KAT\u2026 he is the least of my worries.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><template id=\"bets-today-poll\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"preview-card-holder bets-today-poll\">\n<p><span class=\"date\"\/> \u2022 <span class=\"time\"\/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"march-madness-logo\" src=\"https:\/\/staticg.sportskeeda.com\/skm\/assets\/march-madness-logo.png\" height=\"42\" width=\"99\" alt=\"march madness logo\"\/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/template><\/p>\n<p><template id=\"also-read-articles-template\"><\/p>\n<p><\/template><\/p>\n<p>Malik Beasley\u2019s words drew heat from NBA fans, with some pointing to his journeyman status. Drafted by the Nuggets in 2016, Beasley has since been traded to Minnesota, Utah, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportskeeda.com\/basketball\/los-angeles-lakers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-is-sponsored=\"false\">Lakers<\/a>, signed with Milwaukee and now finds himself in Detroit.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cMalik Beasley talks a lot for someone who gets traded every year,\u201d the fan said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cMalik talk like he a franchise player \ud83d\ude2d\ud83d\ude2d,\u201d another <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/JustAFanRelax\/status\/1912998568773792123\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" data-is-sponsored=\"false\">said<\/a>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cBruh you are a great role player and nothing more, I dont get where the crazy arrogance stems from you aint a star \ud83d\ude2d,\u201d another <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/KolTheCarry\/status\/1912984436754485452\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" data-is-sponsored=\"false\">commented<\/a>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Beasley does hold a 10-3 all-time edge over Towns in head-to-head matchups. One of those three Towns wins came this season with Beasley in Detroit and Towns as a Knick.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s what more fans had to say about Beasley\u2019s KAT comments:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI love Malik Beasley as a player but did he not learn from his mistakes after saying Harden was easy to guard then getting 50 pieced. He finished second in total made threes leaguewide, behind only another of his former teammates, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportskeeda.com\/basketball\/anthony-edwards\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-is-sponsored=\"false\">Anthony Edwards<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Malik Beasley writes heartfelt message to Pistons fans before playoffs<\/h2>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportskeeda.com\/basketball\/detroit-pistons\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-is-sponsored=\"false\">Detroit Pistons<\/a> snapped a five-year playoff drought by clinching the No. 6 seed in the East, and ahead of their postseason opener, Beasley penned a piece in <em>The Players\u2019 Tribune<\/em> titled \u201cDetroit vs. Everybody,\u201d reflecting on the city\u2019s impact on him.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cAnd for me, man, it feels like I\u2019m coming full circle \u2014 like I\u2019m making all these people proud in this city that helped raise me,\u201d he wrote. \u201cI\u2019ve made this community my own, and I feel like this community has made ME one of THEIR own.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cSo I just wanted to thank y\u2019all for that \u2014 and to promise I\u2019ll keep putting in work these playoffs. If you\u2019re not, you\u2019re the rest.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Game 1 of the Pistons-Knicks first-round matchup is set for Saturday in New York, with Game 2 following on Monday.
