Yaeji<\/a> has returned with the new song \u201cPondeggi<\/a>,\u201d featuring E Wata. The title is a nod to beondegi, the Korean street food comprised of silkworms, and inspired its Andrew Thomas Huang<\/a>\u2013directed music video in which she transforms into that very bug. Through a series of hand claps\u2014a reference to the schoolyard game that influenced the track\u2019s beat\u2014with co-producer E Wata, Yaeji\u2019s silkworm self tries to \u201csave the metamorphosis cycle from being disrupted by a techno-witch,\u201d played by Uhm Jung-hwa. She teamed up with Girl Talk and T-Pain for the single \u201cBelieve in Ya<\/a>\u201d this past January, and collaborated on the track \u201cPink Ponies<\/a>\u201d with Teddy Geiger in November.
