He carried that momentum in the second round, winning 7-6 (4), 2-6, 6-4 against Karen Khachanov.<\/p>\n<p>Matteo Berrettini&#8217;s start to the 2025 season was not an ideal one, as the Italian lost three out of his four matches in the season.
