Kaitlyn Has Two Huge TV Roles in 2025<\/h2>\n

Kaitlyn will be taking on the role of Abby Anderson in The Last of Us<\/em> season 2, which is expected to air sometime in 2025. Additionally, she landed the lead role in Netflix\u2019s miniseries Apple Cider Vinegar.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Many viewers had fan-casted The Wilds<\/em> star Shannon Berry<\/strong> as Abby, but it was ultimately Kaitlyn who won the role in the end. Kaitlyn joins Pedro Pascal<\/strong><\/a> and Bella Ramsey<\/strong> in season 2, which is set to start filming in February 2024.<\/p>\n

Kaitlyn Is an Emmy Nominee<\/h2>\n

Kaitlyn earned her first Emmy nomination for her role in Hulu\u2019s critically acclaimed limited series Dopesick<\/em><\/a>. She played a young woman who becomes addicted to painkillers. She also received Golden Globe nominations for her performances in Dopesick<\/em> and the Netflix series Unbelievable<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Kaitlyn Rose to Fame on \u2018Last Man Standing\u2019<\/h2>\n

Kaitlyn had a breakout moment playing Eve Baxter, the daughter of Tim Allen\u2019s<\/strong><\/a> character, in the comedy series Last Man Standing<\/em>. She was a series regular for the first 6 seasons before becoming a recurring player for seasons 7 to 9. She also notably played Loretta McCready in Justified<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Her first film role was in the 2011 movie Bad Teacher<\/em>. Her major movie roles include Booksmart<\/em>, Ticket to Paradise<\/em>, and No One Will Save You<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Kaitlyn Is Also a Singer<\/h2>\n

Kaitlyn is part of the musical duo Beulahbelle with her sister Mady Dever. <\/strong>They released the song \u201cLet You Go\u201d for the Tully<\/em> soundtrack in 2018. Kaitlyn also performed several songs in the Dear Evan Hansen<\/em> movie.<\/p>\n

Kaitlyn\u2019s Parents Were Ice Skating Coaches<\/h2>\n

Kaitlyn\u2019s parents are Kathy<\/strong> and Tim Dever<\/strong>. Her dad also voiced Barney from 1999 to 2001. Kaitlyn was born in Phoenix but lived in Dallas as well before moving to Los Angeles.<\/p>\n
