Generations old and new have passed down their love for the franchise, and in anticipation for the new release, it may be time to revisit the timeless movies. Jurassic Park<\/em> came out in 1993, The Lost World: Jurassic Park <\/em>was released in 1997 and then Jurassic Park III<\/em> came out in 2001. The newest generation of the franchise includes Jurassic World, <\/em>which came out in 2<\/em>015, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom,<\/em> which was released in 2018, and Jurassic World Dominion, <\/em>which came out in 2022, according to Collider<\/a>. Now, after we\u2019ve gotten a few years of a pause from the scary dinosaurs, the franchise returns this year for its newest edition, Jurassic World Rebirth.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n The newest film brings a plethora of A-list actors to the silver screen including, Scarlett Johansson<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0who plays Zora Bennett,\u00a0Mahershala Ali<\/strong><\/a>, who portrays Duncan Kincaid, and\u00a0Jonathan Bailey<\/strong>, who plays Dr. Henry Loomis.<\/p>\n The new movie<\/a> will follow characters Zora, Duncan and Dr. Henry Loomis as they embark on a terrifying journey to get the DNA from three of the largest dinosaurs, in order to help create a \u201cmedical breakthrough that could save countless lives,\u201d per the official trailer below. As if the previous films weren\u2019t intense enough, the new one is adding fuel to the fire because the consequences are even higher.<\/p>\n Looks like the star is a massive fan of the franchise, so much so, that she hid it from executive producer on the film, Steven Spielberg<\/a>,<\/strong> so that she doesn\u2019t creep him out. \u201cI was really crazy about the film, and I slept in a Jurassic Park<\/em> pup tent in my bedroom [that] I shared with my sister for a year,\u201d according to Variety Fair.\u00a0<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n When Scarlett sat down with Steven to go over the film, he asked her: \u201cDo I hear you\u2019re a huge superfan,\u201d and Scarlett replied: \u201cIt is actually true. I\u2019m confirming. I\u2019m a huge superfan.\u201d But she didn\u2019t mention the extent of her obsession (or the tent). She added: \u201cI was like, \u2018He\u2019s going to think I\u2019m this weird stalker.\u2019 I thought, \u2018Just be professional. Don\u2019t seem desperate. Don\u2019t mention the tent.\u2019 But, looking back she believes, \u201cI probably should have just told him.\u201d<\/p>\n Although you may be just as hype as we are, patience is a virtue being that the film comes out on July 2, 2025.
