Wendy Williams<\/strong><\/a>, 60, has told the world her story. The former host of\u00a0The Wendy Williams Show<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>appeared in a two-part documentary film about her life on February 24, 2024. Wendy was featured in the shocking trailer<\/a> in which she disclosed many painful truths about her health and career. \u201cI have no money,\u201d the 59-year-old said in the trailer. \u201cAnd I\u2019m gonna tell you something. If it happens to me, it could happen to you.\u201d<\/p>\n

The trailer for Lifetime\u2019s Where is Wendy Williams?<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>was released in 2024 ahead of the doc\u2019s premiere and painted the TV personality in a different light. After many delays to resume with Wendy in the fall of 2021,\u00a0The Wendy Williams Show\u00a0<\/em>eventually had others fill in for her. By mid 2022, the longstanding talk show was officially cancelled<\/a>.\u00a0Sherri Shepherd<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s new show,\u00a0Sherri<\/em>, then took Wendy\u2019s timeslot and the loss of her show reportedly \u201cbroke\u201d her, per\u00a0PEOPLE<\/em><\/a>. The talk show premiered in 2008 and quickly became a fan-favorite for celebrity gossip lovers.<\/p>\n
