Sheinelle Jones<\/strong>\u2018 absence<\/a>\u00a0sparked concern among TODAY<\/em> show viewers when she missed her friend Hoda Kotb<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s January 2025 exit<\/a>. Sheinelle<\/a> has been a co-host on the NBC program for years, so fans are wondering where she\u2019s been as of late and \u2014 perhaps more importantly \u2014 if she\u2019s still on the show.<\/p>\n Find out whether Sheinelle is still a TODAY<\/em> co-host below.<\/p>\n Sheinelle is best known for her work on TODAY<\/em>. Since 2014, she has been a co-host on the popular morning program. I\u2019ll see you soon.\u201d<\/p>\n Sheinelle\u2019s last Instagram<\/a> post was in December 2024 when she and her son Kayin visited the White House to meet President Joe Biden<\/strong><\/a> and First Lady Jill Biden<\/strong><\/a>. The TV correspondent told her social media followers that her son \u201ctranscended politics.\u201d<\/p>\n In 2020, Sheinelle was off the show for several weeks to recover from vocal cord surgery. At the time, she had a lesion removed from a cord, and doctors said she wouldn\u2019t be able to speak for two weeks after her operation.
