The current AEW World Champion will not be pleased with his stablemate&#8217;s loss.<\/p>\n<p>The Death Riders member is former WWE star <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportskeeda.com\/player\/cesaro\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-is-sponsored=\"false\">Claudio Castagnoli<\/a> (fka Cesaro). After failing to advance to the semifinals of the Continental Classic 2024, Claudio headed to Japan for the Wrestle Dynasty event. He was slated for a singles bout against Shota Umino at the Tokyo Dome.<\/p>\n<p>Umino was also a close friend and partner of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportskeeda.com\/player\/dean-ambrose\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-is-sponsored=\"false\">Jon Moxley<\/a> in Japan. However, Moxley was one of the reasons for the feud between Shota and Claudio. Speaking of the bout, both Castagnoli and Umino delivered a hard-hitting performance in the ring, and the match ended with the latter registering the win with a Deathrider DDT.<\/p>\n<p><template id=\"also-read-articles-template\"><\/p>\n<p><\/template><\/p>\n<p>The AEW World Champion will definitely not be pleased with Claudio Castagnoli losing to his former partner Shota Umino.
