In 2008, Hussey was diagnosed with breast cancer, and she had a double mastectomy. Less than 10 years later, the Black Christmas<\/em> actress\u2019 cancer returned, and she underwent chemotherapy and radiation to remove a tumor that was located between her heart and her lungs, according to The Independent.<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n

Hussey\u2019s cause of death was not revealed in the statement that was posted to her Instagram account. However, the San Francisco Chronicle<\/em><\/a> reported that it\u2019s \u201cbelieved\u201d she died from cancer.<\/p>\n

Hussey was married three times throughout her life. Her first marriage was to Dean Paul Martin<\/strong>. The ex-spouses were married from 1971 to 1978.
