Lyle Menendez<\/strong><\/a> managed to find love during his prison sentence. After divorcing his first wife, Anna Erikkson<\/strong>, Lyle married his second wife, Rebecca Sneed<\/strong><\/a>, in November 2003. Although they put on a united front for Lyle and Erik Menendez<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s upcoming court hearing<\/a>, Rebecca announced that she and Lyle had separated \u201ca while\u201d ago. So, supporters of the Menendez brothers want to know what happened between them \u2014 especially since cheating rumors circulated online.<\/p>\n

Is Lyle Menendez Married in 2024?<\/h2>\n

Lyle is still legally married as of November 2024. However, Rebecca claimed in a Facebook post they had separated and remained friends.<\/p>\n

\u201cLyle and I have been separated for a while now but remain best friends and family,\u201d Rebecca wrote in the post on November 22, 2024. \u201cI continue to run his Facebook pages, with input from him, and I am forever committed to the enduring fight for Lyle and Erik\u2019s freedom, as has been so evident over the years.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lyle\u2019s now-estranged wife added that she will \u201ccontinue to update you all on the progress of the case\u201d because she believes \u201cwe all have the common goal of seeing the guys walk free!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI will never stop fighting for them,\u201d Rebecca vowed at the end of her statement.<\/p>\n

Why Did Lyle Menendez & Rebecca Sneed Break Up?<\/h2>\n

After cheating rumors circulated online about Lyle\u2019s marriage, Erik\u2019s stepdaughter<\/a>, Talia<\/strong>, took to her Instagram Stories to \u201cshare something important.\u201d She did not mention Lyle by name in her message. However, Talia\u2019s followers took her statement as a hint.<\/p>\n

\u201cI want to make it clear that Erik and Lyle are two separate individuals,\u201d Talia pointed out. \u201cThe decisions of one brother shouldn\u2019t overshadow the truth about the other. I\u2019d appreciate it if people would consider my dad for who he is, and not based on the actions of someone else.\u201d<\/p>\n

As for Rebecca, she insisted in her Facebook post that she and Lyle did not split due to infidelity.<\/p>\n

\u201cGuys, this is NOT a cheating scandal,\u201d Rebecca wrote.<\/p>\n

Does Lyle Menendez Have a Girlfriend?<\/h2>\n

It\u2019s unclear if Lyle is dating anyone new amid his separation from Rebecca. The U.S. Sun<\/em> <\/a>reported on November 21, 2024, that Lyle was in a relationship with a 21-year-old University of Manchester student. According to the outlet, Lyle allegedly met the woman through a Facebook group that was run by Rebecca.<\/p>\n

Lyle has not publicly commented on the report.<\/p>\n
