Vance<\/strong><\/a>, set to become the next Vice President. During his victory speech in the early hours of November 6, 2024, after securing a significant number of electoral college votes, Trump <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsweek.com\/donald-trump-victory-speech-full-transcript-1981234\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-analytics-trigger=\"article-body-link\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">stated<\/span><\/a>, \u201c<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There\u2019s never been anything like this in this country, and maybe the, and now it\u2019s going to reach a new level of importance because we\u2019re going to help our country heal. We\u2019re going to help our country heal. We have a country that needs help, and it needs help very badly. We\u2019re going to fix our borders, we\u2019re going to fix everything about our country and we\u2019ve made history for a reason tonight, and the reason is going to be just that.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"content-paragraph-3\">With Trump\u2019s return to the White House, he has outlined his agenda for the next four years. Below are some key areas of focus:<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe title=\"What will be Trump\u2019s policy priorities when he becomes president?\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Rj_BwShZtV0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Abortion Restrictions<\/h2>\n<p id=\"content-paragraph-4\">Trump has not extensively commented on abortion, preferring to leave decisions to individual states rather than pushing for a nationwide ban. Although he identifies as \u201cpro-life,\u201d he has shown subtle support for a 15-week national abortion limit.<\/p>\n<h2>Mass Deportations<\/h2>\n<p id=\"content-paragraph-5\">The President-elect plans to intensify deportations of undocumented immigrants. Acting Immigration and Customs Enforcement Director Tom Homan told CBS News, as reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2024\/11\/07\/politics\/trump-immigrant-detention-plans\/index.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-analytics-trigger=\"article-body-link\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">CNN<\/span><\/i><\/a>, \u201c<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They\u2019ll be targeted arrests. We\u2019ll know who we\u2019re going to arrest, where we\u2019re most likely to find \u2018em based on numerous, you know, investigative processes.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>LGBTQ+ Civil Rights<\/h2>\n<p id=\"content-paragraph-6\">Regarding the LGBTQ+ community, Trump has expressed intentions to end diversity initiatives and limit equal inclusion programs.
