Give the beef a little time to marinate and get perfectly tender and flavorful. Then, it only takes about 15 minutes to have this on the dinner table!<\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list is-style-fancy\">\n<li><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\"><strong>Marinate the Beef:<\/strong>\u00a0Prepare the marinade in a bowl <\/span>and whisk together the soy sauce, beef broth, cornstarch, chili paste, and garlic paste. Pour the marinade over the beef in a bowl or sealable bag, toss to coat, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Make the Sauce:<\/strong> While the beef marinates, make the sauce. In a bowl, whisk together the minced red chili, ginger paste, garlic paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, beef broth, chinkiang vinegar, brown sugar, red chili paste, and corn starch. Set aside.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Brown the Beef:<\/strong> When the beef is ready, heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.target.com\/p\/calphalon-12-34-hard-anodized-nonstick-jumbo-fry-pan-with-lid\/-\/A-90783103#lnk=sametab\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wok<\/a> over medium-high heat, remove the marinated beef, and discard the marinade. Add the beef to the hot skillet and cook, tossing periodically to brown the beef, about 4-5 minutes evenly.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Saut\u00e9 the Veggies:<\/strong> Remove the beef from the skillet, add more vegetable oil if needed, and add the bell peppers, dried red chilies, peanuts, and green onions. Cook the vegetables, tossing frequently until they are tender and the peanuts are toasted.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cook Everything Together:<\/strong> Add the beef back to the skillet along with the sauce mixture. Cook everything together until the sauce thickens. In a bowl, whisk together the minced red chili, ginger paste, garlic paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, beef broth, chinkiang vinegar, brown sugar, red chili paste, and cornstarch. Set aside.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-269014-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<p><span style=\"display: block;\">When the beef is ready heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, take the marinated beef out of the marinade, and discard the marinade. Add the beef to the hot skillet and cook, tossing periodically to evenly brown the beef, about 4-5 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-269014-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<p><span style=\"display: block;\">Remove the beef from the skillet, add more vegetable oil if needed, and add the bell peppers, dried chilis, peanuts, and green onions. Cook the vegetables, tossing frequently until they are tender and the peanuts are toasted.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-269014-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<p><span style=\"display: block;\">Add the beef back to the skillet along with the sauce mixture.
