They included images of themselves holding her in the hospital and capturing their first few days together.<\/p>\n \u201cM\u00e9i June Mulaney came into the world September 14, 2024, the year of the dragon,\u201d Munn captioned her Instagram<\/a> post.<\/p>\n She expressed her complex and \u201cprofound\u201d feelings about not being able to carry her daughter, sharing, \u201cWhen I first met our gestational surrogate, we spoke mother to mother. She showed me so much grace and understanding; I knew I had found a real-life angel. Words cannot express my gratitude that she kept our baby safe for 9 months and made our dreams come true.\u201d<\/p>\n Munn also shared the meaning behind her daughter\u2019s name: \u201cI am so proud of my little plum, my little dragon for making the journey to be with us. My heart has exploded.\u201d She explained, \u201cM\u00e9i (pronounced may) means plum in Chinese \u6885\ud83d\udc9c.\u201d<\/p>\n Mulaney also shared a post on his Instagram<\/a>, writing, \u201cM\u00e9i June Mulaney came into the world September 14, 2024, the year of the dragon \ud83d\udc09.\u201d He humorously added, \u201cWe stole so much stuff from the hospital,\u201d and concluded, \u201cI love my little girl so much.\u201d<\/p>\n Their new addition joins their son, Malcolm Hi\u1ec7p Mulaney<\/strong>, 2, whom they welcomed on November 24, 2021. The couple, who began dating in 2021, recently tied the knot in July<\/a> during an intimate ceremony at a friend\u2019s home in New York state. A source revealed to PEOPLE<\/em>\u00a0that the only attendees were Malcolm and a witness to sign their marriage license.<\/p>\n This news comes after Munn revealed on March 13 that she was diagnosed with breast cancer<\/a>. She shared her diagnosis on Instagram<\/a>, hoping to provide comfort and support to others on similar journeys. Following her diagnosis, Munn underwent a double mastectomy and a hysterectomy as part of her treatment.<\/p>\n In an interview with Vogue<\/em>, Munn mentioned that she froze her eggs three times throughout her life\u2014at ages 33, 39, and 42\u2014after her diagnosis.
