The \u201cI Like It\u201d rapper simply loves her little ones Kulture<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and Wave \u00a0\u2014 <\/strong>and is overjoyed to now have a second daughter. Since becoming a mom in 2018, the star has been an expert at balancing home life with making music and getting to perform. And now with her third, she\u2019s only gotten better.<\/p>\n

Though being a mom was new for Cardi, her husband Offset<\/strong><\/a> already had some parenting experience. He has two sons from previous relationships. Luckily, the \u201cUp\u201d rapper simply loves her step-children, making them one happy, blended family. It was big news when Cardi announced<\/a> she was pregnant with her first child back in 2018. She courted baby rumors for months before debuting her baby bump<\/a> in a major way during her Apr. 7 performance on Saturday Night Live<\/em>. While rapping to her track \u201cBe Careful\u201d, the camera panned out to show the beauty\u2019s belly wrapped in a tight, white Christian Siriano<\/strong> gown.<\/p>\n

The fashionista didn\u2019t stop with the fabulous maternity looks. During the next month\u2019s 2018 Met Gala<\/a> in May, she rocked a glorious Moschino<\/strong> gown<\/a> inspired by the evening\u2019s theme \u201cThe Catholic Imagination.\u201d Cardi also let slip she was having a girl<\/a> during the soiree.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are so overjoyed to finally meet our son. In a June 2021 maternity shoot with her daughter, the Grammy-winner hoped the kids\u2019 future relationship would mirror her connection to sister Hennessy Carolina<\/strong><\/a>. \u201cI just know these two will love each other so much and argue so much since they\u2019re three years apart, just like me and [my sister]. Cardi revealed she had welcomed a baby girl by sharing the first adorable photos of her newborn with her older children. The star was reunited with Offset in the delivery room and posted more images of the family doting on the new baby\u2014whose name has yet to be announced.<\/p>\n

The rapper announced her pregnancy on Instagram<\/a> in August 2024, sharing her excitement and gratitude: \u201cWith every ending comes a new beginning! I am so grateful to have shared this season with you; you have brought me more love, more life, and most of all, renewed my power! Not only is Cardi a great mom, she\u2019s also a super stepmother to Offset\u2019s three other children. The \u201cMotorsport\u201d rapper shares son Jordan<\/strong> with Justine Watson<\/strong>, son Kody<\/strong> with Oriel Jamie<\/strong>, and daughter Kalea<\/strong> with Shya L\u2019Amour<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
