However, he came clean about the contents of the video during a recent episode of his podcast \u201cNightcap.\u201d<\/p>\n
While recalling what happened when the Live went up, Shannon said he \u201cthrew [his] phone on the bed, engaged in an activity\u201d but \u201cdid not know [Instagram was live].\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019ve never turned IG live on, so I don\u2019t know how it works, and all of sudden, my other phone started going off,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n
Throughout the podcast episode, Shannon opened up about how humiliated he felt that the private moment was heard by thousands.<\/p>\n
\u201cObviously, I am embarrassed,\u201d Shannon admitted. \u201cSomeone that is extremely, extremely private and to have one of your most intimate details \u2013 the audio \u2013 heard for the entire world to hear, I\u2019m embarrassed for a number of reasons.\u201d<\/p>\n
He went on to note that \u201ca lot of people that count on\u201d him \u201cto be professional at all times,\u201d and he pointed out that he always tries \u201cto be professional at all times, even when [he\u2019s] behind closed doors.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m very disappointed in myself \u2014 not for the act,\u201d Shannon clarified. \u201cI think there are millions and billions of people of consenting age that engage in activities, but for the audio to be heard, I\u2019m disappointed in myself. I let a lot of people down.\u201d<\/p>\n
