Frankie Beverly<\/strong> \u2014 the soul singer from the R&B group Maze \u2014 has died. He was 77 years old. The Philadelphia native\u2019s family confirmed the news in a public statement, which they released on September 11, 2024.<\/p>\n \u201cGrieving the loss of a loved one is a deeply personal and emotional experience,\u201d the Beverly family wrote in their statement. \u201cDuring this time, as we are navigating feelings of sorrow, reflection, and remembrance we kindly ask for privacy and understanding, allowing us the space to grieve in our own way.
