Comedian Nikki Glaser<\/strong><\/a> will be hosting the 2025 Golden Globe Awards ceremony. The 82nd annual show will air on Sunday, January 5, 2025.<\/p>\n Nikki, 40, confirmed the hosting news in a statement on Wednesday, August 28, per Deadline, <\/em>which read, \u201cI am absolutely thrilled to be hosting the Golden Globes. It\u2019s one of my favorite nights of television and now I get a front row seat (actually, I think I have to host from the stage). The Golden Globes is not only a huge night for TV and film, but also for comedy.\u201d<\/p>\n The Trainwreck<\/em> actress, who made a memorable appearance in the Netflix special The Roast of Tom Brady<\/em>, said that the Golden Globes is \u201cone of the few times that show business not only allows but encourages itself to be lovingly mocked (at least I hope so).
