The 60-year-old former broadcaster<\/a> recently visited a local holistic store in Newark, New Jersey, with her son, Kevin Hunter Jr<\/strong>.<\/a>, and the establishment shared a social media photo from her outing.<\/p>\n \u201cMuch love to Wendy Williams and her son @topfloor_kev,\u201d the Bolingo Balance store captioned an Instagram<\/a> post last week. \u201cI remember when I met Kevin in Usha village, my dad told me I want you to meet Wendy\u2019s son. At that time, we were the only ones of the same age in Usha.\u201d<\/p>\n An employee told Page Six<\/em> <\/a>that Wendy seemed \u201csharp, upbeat and aware\u201d and \u201cvery bubbly\u201d during her visit, adding that she was \u201cengaging but wasn\u2019t as familiar with what we do here, so her son was more explaining things.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cShe talked about circulation improvement but didn\u2019t want to get into too much detail on their first meeting and plans to come back in the near future,\u201d the employee added, per the outlet.<\/p>\n This is the first time that Wendy has been spotted in public since March 2023. The media personality has been battling health issues<\/a> for years, including Graves Disease, primary progressive aphasia and frontotemporal dementia (FTD).<\/p>\n Earlier this year, Wendy\u2019s Lifetime doc, Where Is Wendy Williams?,<\/em> premiered in February. Throughout the candid film, the former talk show host provided a candid glimpse into her personal life. At one point in the doc, she told viewers, \u201cI have no money.
