Barry Keoghan<\/strong> has broken his silence amid split rumors with Sabrina Carpenter<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Bird<\/em> actor, 31, appeared to dismiss the breakup rumors on Wednesday morning through his Instagram<\/a> activity, commenting on a photo featuring Bratz dolls mimicking a scene from Carpenter\u2019s latest music video for her song \u201cTaste,\u201d in which she co-stars with Jenna Ortega<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Keoghan\u2019s playful comment, \u201cCan I have one,\u201d under the post, has been interpreted by fans as a sign that he is indeed still in a relationship with the American singer, 25.<\/p>\n

Previously, on Aug. 16, fans speculated that Keoghan liking one of Carpenter\u2019s Instagram posts<\/a> was a subtle nod to his ongoing support for her. The post featured the sultry cover for Carpenter\u2019s Short n\u2019 Sweet<\/em> Bonus Track LP, showing the 25-year-old pop star posing in baby blue lingerie and heels.<\/p>\n

Carpenter spoke highly of Keoghan during an interview with The Guardian<\/em>, reflecting on their collaboration in her Please, Please, Please<\/em> music video. \u201cOne of the best experiences I\u2019ve ever had. I\u2019m very honored, and I got to work with such a great actor!\u201d she said, echoing similar sentiments from an Aug. 6 Variety<\/em> <\/a>interview: \u201cI don\u2019t want to sound biased, but I think he\u2019s one of the best actors of this generation.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, rumors of a split between the two began circulating on August 16 when the celebrity gossip platform DeuxMoi<\/a> shared an anonymous tip suggesting the pair had broken up. The message, posted on DeuxMoi\u2019s Instagram account, simply stated: \u201cSabrina and Barry broke up.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to E! News<\/em>, the pop star and actor reportedly first crossed paths during Paris Fashion Week in September 2023 when they both attended a Givenchy show. By early December 2023, Carpenter and Keoghan sparked romance rumors when they were seen grabbing dinner together in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

Before dating Carpenter, Keoghan split from Alyson Kierans<\/strong>, a dental nurse and orthodontic therapist, with whom he shares a son named Brando<\/strong>, born in August 2022. The couple ended their relationship in July 2023 after two and a half years together. A source told The Sun<\/em> that the former couple is \u201cdetermined to do the best for their son\u2026. They\u2019ve grown apart over recent months, and things have finally come to a head\u2026. As far as she\u2019s concerned, it\u2019s over.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
