Jack Kennedy Schlossberg<\/strong>, the grandson of John F. Kennedy<\/strong> and the son of Caroline Kennedy<\/strong>, was not surprised by his cousin Robert F. Kennedy Jr<\/strong>.\u2019s decision to endorse Donald Trump<\/strong> after suspending his campaign.<\/p>\n

\u201cNever been less surprised in my life. Been saying it for over a year \u2014 RFK Jr. is for sale, works for Trump. Bedfellows and loving it,\u201d the 31-year-old posted on X<\/a> on Friday.<\/p>\n

\u201cKamala Harris is for the people \u2014 the easiest decision of all time just got easier,\u201d Schlossberg added.<\/p>\n

Since RFK Jr. announced his independent bid for the White House last October, he has received little support from the Kennedy clan, including his own siblings. In fact, before Vice President Kamala Harris<\/strong> joined the presidential race, the family backed Joe Biden<\/strong> while describing their relative as a \u201cthreat\u201d to the United States.<\/p>\n

In May, Schlossberg released a series of videos in which he adopts a heavy Boston accent in the comic persona of a voter named Jimmy.<\/p>\n

\u201cA lot of people talking about Robert F. Kennedy Jr.,\u201d he said from the front seat of his car. \u201cYou know, I\u2019m a fan of his father and his uncle \u2014 rest in peace. I remember the day he was killed. I mean, it was a tragic day. The entire country wept.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cJimmy\u201d then went on to criticize RFK Jr.\u2019s campaign.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut listen, that guy, he\u2019s a p****, the new guy, the young guy, he\u2019s a freaking p****,\u201d he said. \u201cHe\u2019s lying to you, alright? \u2018Independent,\u2019 \u2018third party,\u2019 yeah, freakin\u2019 right. He\u2019s got Trump\u2019s donors. He\u2019s got Trump\u2019s advisers. Him and Trump go way freaking back. Don\u2019t be fooled by that. Don\u2019t throw away your vote.\u201d<\/p>\n

The 31-year-old lawyer continued: \u201cVote for Biden. It\u2019ll feel good. It\u2019s gonna be fun! We\u2019re gonna keep growing. This economy is gonna keep freakin\u2019 booming. We\u2019re gonna boom, everybody\u2019s gonna get freaking loaded.\u201d<\/p>\n

Now, with Harris as the Democratic nominee, Schlossberg has continued his support for the Democratic Party. He was one of the first speakers to take the stage on Tuesday at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago.<\/p>\n

\u201cTonight, JFK\u2019s call to action is now ours to answer. Because once again, the torch has been passed to a new generation. To a leader who shares my grandfather\u2019s energy, vision, and optimism for our future. That leader is Vice President Kamala Harris.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
