Glen Powell<\/strong><\/a>, is that you? The 35-year-old Twisters<\/em><\/a> star was spotted on the set of his upcoming sports series, Chad Powers<\/em>, and he looks unrecognizable in his quarterback character\u2019s costume.<\/p>\n

According to photos obtained by E! News<\/em><\/a> on Wednesday, August 21, Glen was seen wearing a blue sports jersey and yellow athletic shorts while toting a black duffle bag over his shoulder. The actor was also rocking a longer, caramel-blonde hair style in comparison to his shorter sandy-colored cut.<\/p>\n

The series doesn\u2019t have a confirmed release date but is expected to premiere on Hulu. According to its IMDb<\/a> description, Chad Powers<\/em> follows a \u201cdisgraced college quarterback named Russ Holliday [who] disguises himself as Chad Powers and walks onto a struggling southern football team to revive his football career.\u201d<\/p>\n

The show \u2014 which also stars Steve Zahn, Toby Huss<\/strong> and Perry Mattfeld<\/strong> \u2014 is based on an Eli Manning<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s ESPN+ skit, in which he disguised himself as an athlete named Chad Powers.<\/p>\n

Previously, Eli and Glen spoke about the character during a May 23 episode of The Eli Manning Show<\/em>. At the time, the former quarterback, 43, joked, \u00a0\u201cI don\u2019t know if I like you playing Chad Powers. Like, I\u2019m Chad Powers.\u201d<\/p>\n

Glen didn\u2019t hold back in responding, \u201cYeah, Chad [versus] Chad, man. Look, I\u2019m not gonna try to outdo you, I\u2019m really gonna try to honor your legacy, but this is what I do.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Hitman<\/em> actor vowed to learn Eli\u2019s style as an athlete, to which the former New York Giants player said, \u201cAll the interceptions, you just got \u2018em down?\u201d<\/p>\n

Throughout their banter, Eli challenged Glen\u2019s football skills, referring to one scene from Top Gun: Maverick<\/em> when he and his co-stars played the game on a beach.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve been over this before, you\u2019ve never throw a football covered in coconut oil,\u201d Glen quipped. As for the choice in casting Glen, Eli jokingly pointed out, \u201cI thought that\u2019s why they cast you as Chad, just \u2019cause we have similar bodies.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
