DNC host Mindy Kaling<\/strong><\/a> seemingly acknowledged the situation during the third night of the event<\/a> on Wednesday, August 21.<\/p>\n \u201cI couldn\u2019t leave here without giving a shout-out to the amazing delegation from my home state, Massachusetts. I love you, Massachusetts!\u201d the 45-year-old actress and writer began. \u201cEveryone is always hating on us! But they just don\u2019t get it! Go [Red] Sox! Go Jason Tatum<\/strong>!\u201d<\/p>\n The Morning Show<\/em> cast member added, \u201cBen Affleck, hang in there! However, the news came after four months of speculation regarding the pair\u2019s marital status.<\/p>\n In her divorce filing obtained by TMZ<\/em><\/a> on Tuesday, August 20, the \u201cJenny From the Block\u201d hitmaker listed her and the Oscar winner\u2019s date of separation as April 26 of this year. According to the outlet, Jennifer did not indicate whether or not she and Ben signed a prenuptial agreement when they tied the knot in Las Vegas in July 2022.<\/p>\n It\u2019s unclear why<\/a> one of Hollywood\u2019s most beloved couples split<\/a>, but some of their disagreements unraveled in Jennifer\u2019s documentary The Greatest Love Story Never Told<\/em>, which premiered in February. The doc revealed that the pop singer reopened Ben\u2019s old love letters to her while she was working on her album This Is Me \u2026 Now<\/em>. In response to his now-estranged wife\u2019s actions, Ben said in the doc, \u201cI did really find the beauty and the poetry and the irony in the fact that it\u2019s the greatest love story never told. If you\u2019re making a record about it, that seems kind of like telling it.\u201d<\/p>\n Elsewhere in the doc, Ben reflected on his and Jennifer\u2019s first breakup in 2004.
