The island will also feature themed locations like Doomstadt and Castle Doom and Marvel-themed weapons are on tap, including Captain America&#8217;s shield (previously seen in Fornite&#8217;s 2019 <a data-i13n=\"cpos:3;pos:1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.engadget.com\/2019-04-22-fortnite-avengers-endgame-crossover-event-mcu.html\" data-ylk=\"slk:Avenger's Endgame event;cpos:3;pos:1;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Avenger&#8217;s Endgame event<\/a>) and Doom&#8217;s own Arcane Gauntlets.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s Fortnite&#8217;s second Marvel-themed season, with the previous <a data-i13n=\"cpos:4;pos:1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.engadget.com\/fortnite-season-two-chapter-four-marvel-superheroes-083132030.html\" data-ylk=\"slk:August 2020 romp;cpos:4;pos:1;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">August 2020 romp<\/a> offering Iron Man, Storm and a different version of Doctor Doom. We&#8217;ve also seen <a data-i13n=\"cpos:5;pos:1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.engadget.com\/2020-04-03-deadpool-fortnite-now-available.html\" data-ylk=\"slk:Deadpool;cpos:5;pos:1;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Deadpool<\/a>, <a data-i13n=\"cpos:6;pos:1\" href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/CUKYM7leFFQ\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:various X-Force members;cpos:6;pos:1;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">various X-Force members<\/a> and other Marvel heroes before.<\/p>\n<p>Along with its Marvel cast, Disney is also bringing its own villains and characters to the new season including Cruella de Vil, Captain Hook, Maleficent and <em>The Incredibles<\/em>.
