Chrissy Teigen<\/strong> is not one to shy away from showing some skin.<\/p>\n On Tuesday, Aug. 13, the 38-year-old took to her Instagram Stories to reveal her surgical scars while flaunting a plunging black dress and a gold body chain during a \u201crare\u201d date night with her husband, John Legend<\/strong>.<\/p>\n \u201cDate night, very rare but it happens \u2026 boobies out, scars out,\u201d Teigen said in the short clip.<\/p>\n Legend, 45, then sweetly walked up behind his wife of nearly 11 years, matching her in all black. \u201cWe\u2019re going out,\u201d he said, before playfully remarking, \u201cOh yeah, baby,\u201d as the Cravings<\/em> cookbook author displayed her look to the camera.<\/p>\n \u201cWear a body chain,\u201d Teigen continued, pointing out her glittering chain near her scars. \u201cIt hides it, kind of.\u201d<\/p>\n Teigen\u2014who shares sons Miles<\/strong>, 6, and Wren<\/strong>, 1, and daughters Esti<\/strong>, 1, and Luna<\/strong>, 8, with Legend\u2014has been open about her surgeries in the past. In January, during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen<\/em>\u00a0, she revealed that she\u2019s had three breast augmentation surgeries.<\/p>\n While playing a game called \u201cThe Lies Have It\u201d, Teigen initially presented her surgeries as a \u201clie,\u201d saying, \u201cI\u2019ve had my boobs done three times,\u201d before adding, \u201cI don\u2019t even understand this game.\u201d<\/p>\n Later in the show, Teigen clarified that the statement was actually true. \u201cI feel like the boob job thing is never going to come back around, and now no one\u2019s going to know,\u201d she joked. \u201cI\u2019ve had a lift, a put in, a take them out. I don\u2019t like them out,\u201d she added with a laugh.<\/p>\n\n<\/blockquote>\n
