Xiaomi’s latest fitness band got official in China last month, and now it’s almost ready to make the jump to Europe. According to Xiaomi’s online store for the Netherlands<\/a>, the Smart Band 9<\/a> will first go on sale on August 16 at 10 AM local time.<\/p>\n It’s priced at \u20ac39.99. The Smart Band 9 also has an NFC-enabled version, which is undoubtedly going to be a tad more expensive. The Smart Band 9 comes in four colors – pink, black, white, and blue.<\/p>\n It has a quick strap changing mechanism, and there’s even a ceramic version (the normal one is made out of metal instead), but it’s unclear if that one will make the trip to Europe or not.<\/p>\n The Xiaomi Smart Band 9 has 21 days of battery life (9 days with Always On Display), a linear vibration motor with 20 vibration modes, and a heart rate sensor with 16% improved accuracy compared to the Smart Band 8<\/a>.<\/p>\n The screen is a 1.62″ OLED with 490×192 resolution and 1,200-nit peak brightness, which should greatly aid visibility in the sun compared to its predecessor. It comes packing more than 150 fitness modes, and has a 233 mAh battery that takes one hour to fully charge.
