Tom Brady<\/strong><\/a> had the best time at the 2024 Paris Olympics with his daughter, Vivian Lake<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

The 47-year-old, arguably one of the most famous NFL players of all time, shared a recap on Instagram of his favorite moments from his three days at the 2024 Paris Olympics, which he said \u201ctruly went above and beyond what [he] could ever have imagined.\u201d In the post, he also emphasized the importance of the Games while highlighting his time with his 11-year-old daughter.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe saw athletes from many sports and many countries, but it was especially meaningful to be able to come to this incredible city with my daughter and watch the most powerful women I\u2019ve ever seen,\u201d he remarked.<\/p>\n

He also added that these particular Games were the \u201cfirst time in Olympic history there was a 50:50 split of female and male athletes, a stat [he] was proud to tell Vivi as she watched these heroes compete.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Brady, who watched equestrian, basketball, tennis, gymnastics, and beach volleyball competitions from his seat, shared a video of himself in the Instagram carousel being wowed by Olympians showcasing their artistic diving.<\/p>\n

He was seen saying, \u201cOh my god,\u201d while recording a clip before turning to his daughter\u2014whom he shares with ex-wife Gisele B\u00fcndchen<\/strong><\/a>\u2014and telling her, \u201cThat was amazing.\u201d She responded that it was \u201cso good\u201d in agreement.<\/p>\n

Vivian also made an appearance in the collection as she posed with Team USA gymnast Suni Lee<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Continuing in the post\u2019s caption, the former football player highlighted the importance of sports bringing \u201cso many people together\u201d and evoking \u201cthe best in\u201d competitors and fans. He noted that he particularly \u201cseemed to be living and dying with each of the performances\u201d and had a \u201cgreat appreciation\u201d for all of the Olympic athletes\u2019 \u201chard work, commitment, and dedication.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve said it a few times lately, but we should all aspire to do HARD things,\u201d he encouraged. \u201cWhether it\u2019s in sports or in life, push yourself beyond your comfort zone to see what you can really accomplish. Just like these athletes all across the world have done!\u201d<\/p>\n
