You can read more about Bazaar Mar at Eater Vegas<\/a>.<\/p>\n According to Eater Vegas, \u201cManuel Echeverri, the concept chef and partner for Jose Andres Group, leads the sprawling menu with dishes that are rooted in Spanish flavors with playful elements.\u201d<\/p>\n Eater continues, \u201cVisitors will have the option of selecting a whole fish from a market section, with seasonal choices like branzino, snapper, or sea bream, that can then be grilled in a wood-burning oven, baked in salt, fried, or prepared as sashimi, and then served tableside. The menu has more than 50 items, including small bites like a take on crispy rice sushi but with a filling of ricotta spicy tuna, and fresh sashimi in a puffy hollow bread. Another dish is a play on popcorn shrimp but with baby squid. A plate of delicately sliced ora king salmon carpaccio comes with crackers in the shape of salmon.\u201d<\/p>\n So many delectable offerings we would never, ever try unless our torture would result in saving the lives of a sloth of baby pandas. Yes, a group of bears is called a \u201csloth.\u201d We take a lot of pride in forcing you to learn things without your permission.<\/p>\n Despite our aversion to seafood, we will no doubt stop by the bar at Bazaar Mar, just to support the place because Jose Andres is a badass, and we sort of feel guilty for never using the accent mark in Andr\u00e9s.
