But during a live streamed conversation with NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang, the Meta CEO seemed to veer a little more off script than he intended.<\/p>\n<p>The conversation began normally enough, with the two billionaire executives congratulating each other on their AI dominance. Zuckerberg made sure to talk up the company\u2019s recent <a data-i13n=\"elm:context_link;elmt:doNotAffiliate;cpos:2;pos:1\" class=\"link \" href=\"https:\/\/www.engadget.com\/instagram-creators-can-now-make-ai-doppelgangers-to-chat-with-their-followers-220052768.html\" data-ylk=\"slk:AI Studio;elm:context_link;elmt:doNotAffiliate;cpos:2;pos:1;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\"><\/a> announcement before settling into his usual talking points, which recently have included <a data-i13n=\"elm:context_link;elmt:doNotAffiliate;cpos:3;pos:1\" class=\"link \" href=\"https:\/\/about.fb.com\/news\/2024\/07\/open-source-ai-is-the-path-forward\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:pointed criticism of Apple;elm:context_link;elmt:doNotAffiliate;cpos:3;pos:1;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\"><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Zuckerberg then launched into a lengthy rant about his frustrations with \u201cclosed\u201d ecosystems like Apple\u2019s App Store. None of that is particularly new, as the Meta founder has been <a data-i13n=\"elm:context_link;elmt:doNotAffiliate;cpos:4;pos:1\" class=\"link \" href=\"https:\/\/www.engadget.com\/facebook-apple-mark-zuckerberg-report-210128619.html\" data-ylk=\"slk:feuding;elm:context_link;elmt:doNotAffiliate;cpos:4;pos:1;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\"><\/a> with Apple for years.
