During an interview for \u201cBDA Baby\u201d with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hollywoodlife.com\/tag\/katherine-schwarzenegger\/\" data-analytics-trigger=\"article-body-link\">Katherine Schwarzenegger<\/a><\/strong>, Michele discussed her struggle with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), a condition where a woman\u2019s ovaries enlarge, leading to hormonal imbalances, irregular menstrual cycles, and potentially causing infertility.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe title=\"Lea Michele- baby #2, her Conception Journey with PCOS and Endometriosis\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/6WOnlrq2YlY?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"content-paragraph-4\">PCOS may have contributed to her two consecutive miscarriages while trying to conceive for a second time. She told <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hollywoodlife.com\/celeb\/chris-pratt\/\" data-analytics-trigger=\"article-body-link\">Chris Pratt\u2019s<\/a><\/strong> wife, \u201cEverything has just been completely different. I think the journey of getting pregnant and everyone\u2019s journeys and how unbelievably different things can be from one pregnancy to the next is just unbelievable to me. Prior to getting pregnant with Ever, I had been diagnosed with PCOS\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p id=\"content-paragraph-5\">She continued, \u201cI had never had a miscarriage before. \u2026 The first one, I was like, \u2018That was weird.\u2019 When it happened again right away, I was like, \u2018Wait a second. Something is wrong.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p id=\"content-paragraph-6\">After a challenging period, The <em>Glee<\/em> star was finally able to get pregnant with the help of \u201cmedication and a thousand shots.\u201d This pregnancy, however, has brought its own set of symptoms and challenges. Unlike her first pregnancy, Michele has experienced severe morning sickness this time around. She mentioned how she feels \u201cdifferent\u201d during this pregnancy: \u201cWith my son, I didn\u2019t really have morning sickness; the beginning stage was quite mild. With this one, the beginning was so awful I was like, \u2018Oh my god!\u2019 It\u2019s like what you see in a movie where women are throwing up left and right\u2026 Now that that passed, I\u2019m feeling a lot better weirdly in this second to latter half.
