Top corporate leaders denounced political violence and wished a quick recovery for Donald Trump, who was injured during Saturday\u2019s assassination attempt<\/a> at a campaign rally.<\/p>\n That was in line with similar sentiments from heads of state<\/a> from around the world as well as President Joe Biden\u2019s remarks<\/a>.<\/p>\n And like Tesla<\/a> CEO Elon Musk, who said after the shooting that he is endorsing Trump for president<\/a>, Pershing Square CEO Bill Ackman said he is going to endorse the Republican.<\/p>\n Apple<\/a> CEO Tim Cook<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cI pray for President Trump\u2019s rapid recovery. My thoughts are with him, the other victims and the Trump family. I strongly condemn this violence,\u201d he posted on X<\/a>.<\/p>\n Microsoft<\/a> CEO Satya Nadella<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cThere is simply no place for any type of violence in our society. Sending my best wishes to President Trump for a speedy recovery and to all those impacted by today\u2019s horrific event,\u201d he tweeted<\/a>.<\/p>\n General Motors<\/a> CEO Mary Barra<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cI wish President Trump all the best for a full recovery, and I\u2019m sending my thoughts to the innocent victims of yesterday\u2019s senseless act.
