One scene in particular divided viewers on how the women support each other through their actions, beyond just their words.<\/p>\n In the America\u2019s Sweethearts<\/em> episode, Victoria Kalina<\/strong> and her mom, Tina Kalina<\/strong>, hosted a well-decorated birthday get-together at their Dallas home. However, other members of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders (DCC) did not show up for the party, leaving her to celebrate with her mother alone and making viewers curious if they intentionally ignored the invite.<\/p>\n \u201cWe had an appearance that morning and that\u2019s when [Netflix] had asked, \u2018Hey, can we come film? Can we come celebrate with you?\u2019 And I was like, \u2018Yeah,\u2019\u201d Victoria, 24, recalled during the Monday, July 8, episode of the Be There in Five<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>podcast. \u201cI\u00a0 word-of-mouth and vocalized, \u2018Hey, Netflix is coming. Praying she comes to realize how much the team really did support her\u2764\ufe0f.\u201d<\/p>\n Her former DCC teammates McKenzie Sherman<\/strong>, Kelcey Wetterberg<\/strong>, and Yevgeniya \u2018Zhenya\u2019 Kolpakova<\/strong> all concurred with Jessica in their own TikTok messages. According to them, Kalina never invited them to her birthday festivities.<\/p>\n \u201cWe take bdays very seriously around here & would have been there if we had known! We decorated her locker per Dcc tradition, but we wish we could have been given the opportunity to be at her party,\u201d Wetterberg wrote.<\/p>\n Sherman commented, \u201cWe would have absolutely rallied around her.\u201d Kolpakova added, \u201cIt breaks my heart that it has come to this.
