A couple of days ago, Nothing sub-brand CMF introduced its first ever smartphone<\/a>, the CMF Phone 1<\/a>, and this is Nothing’s cheapest handset yet. What it lacks in specifications it definitely makes up for in design prowess and customizability.<\/p>\n Unlike every other mainstream device, you can replace its back covers, with Nothing offering a few options already but also letting you 3D print your own<\/a>, if you’re so inclined. You can add other accessories too like a lanyard or card holder, and in theory the sky’s the limit.<\/p>\n It’s definitely an intriguing take on the barebones smartphone, this, with the unique design and the customizability undoubtedly trying to distract you from the specs – which aren’t bad, mind you, but the lack of NFC in 2024 is very hard to excuse.
