Samsung decided to get this announcement out of the way before the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gsmarena.com\/july_10_date_for_samsungs_next_unpacked_event_confirmed_by_dutch_retailer-news-63418.php\">July 10<\/a> Unpacked event.<\/p>\n<p>The Exynos W1000 is a leap over the 5nm W930, being built on Samsung&#8217;s latest 3nm GAA process with fan-out panel-level packaging (FOPLP), achieving a small form factor and better heat dissipation.<\/p>\n<p>The chip uses the system in a package (SiP) method to integrate the power management circuit and uses an embedded package on package (ePoP) to mount the DRAM and the NAND flash memory onto the SoC.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"inline-image\" width=\"1200\" height=\"460\" src=\"https:\/\/fdn.gsmarena.com\/imgroot\/news\/24\/07\/exynos-w1000\/-1200\/gsmarena_001.jpg\" alt=\"Samsung announces 3nm Exynos W1000 that will power the Galaxy Watch7 Ultra\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The CPU has a Cortex-A78 big core maxing out at 1.6GHz, and four Cortex-A55s running at up to 1.5GHz. A Mali-G68 MP2 handles graphics with support for up to 640x640px displays.
