Justin Timberlake<\/strong><\/a> didn\u2019t need a car to stroll through New York City while on his way to golf lessons. According to photos published by Page Six<\/em><\/a> on Thursday, June 27, the 43-year-old pop star was spotted in the Big Apple wearing a blue baseball cap, a graphic T-shirt and sunglasses. Earlier this week, Justin performed at Madison Square Garden as part of his Forget Tomorrow World Tour<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The NSYNC band member\u2019s latest outing comes less than two weeks after he was arrested for allegedly <\/a>driving while intoxicated by the Sag Harbor Police Department in Long Island, New York. Justin was pulled over for not stopping at a stop sign and for allegedly not staying in his lane while driving. The arresting officer \u2014 who reportedly did not recognize<\/a> the pop star at first glance \u2014 claimed Justin\u2019s eyes were \u201cbloodshot and glassy\u201d and \u201che had slowed speech, he was unsteady afoot and he performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests.\u201d<\/p>\n

Justin was subsequently taken into police custody and was released hours later. He is expected to appear in court in July. His lawyer, Edward Burke Jr., provided a statement<\/a> to Hollywood Life<\/strong> about the ordeal.<\/p>\n

\u201cI will have a lot to say at the appropriate time but am currently awaiting full discovery from the District Attorney\u2019s office,\u201d \u00a0the attorney said. \u201cI look forward to vigorously defending Mr. Timberlake on these allegations.\u201d<\/p>\n

Days after the arrest, the \u201cMirrors\u201d crooner seemingly addressed the situation<\/a> while performing in Chicago. However, he did not directly discuss the arrest.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve been together through ups and downs and lefts and rights and, uh, it\u2019s been a tough week,\u201d he told the crowd. \u201cBut you\u2019re here. I\u2019m here \u2026 I know sometimes I\u2019m hard to love, but you keep on loving me and I love you right back. Thank you so much.\u201d<\/p>\n

Adding that his Forget Tomorrow World Tour<\/em> \u201cis just something that keeps watching over me,\u201d Justin<\/a> pointed out that he and his fans \u201chave grown up together.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cSo many of you come up to me and say, \u2018I grew up with you, man,’\u201d the \u201cBye, Bye, Bye\u201d hitmaker began. \u201cI want each and every one of you to know I\u2019ve grown up with you.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
