\u201cI\u2019m so proud of this little girl,\u201d Billy Ray Cyrus<\/a><\/strong> captioned the throwback photo<\/a> of him and a young Noah Cyrus<\/strong><\/a>, 24, shared via Instagram on Wednesday, June 26. \u201cNoah has grown into an incredible young lady.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cSometimes you gotta take your daughter\u2019s advice and just \u2018Stand Still,\u2019\u201d Cyrus, 62, continued, referring to his 2022 duet with his daughter, \u201cNoah (Stand Still).\u201d The song featured on Noah\u2019s album,\u00a0The Hardest Part<\/em>.<\/p>\n On the second slide, a screenshot of the song\u2019s lyrics read, \u201cAs you get older, it gets harder to change \/ You might find yourself alon\u0435 with just your shame \/ But it\u2019s not over \/ It\u2019s all gonna be ok \/ And wh\u0435n times are tough remember what I say.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201clove my daddy so much,\u201d Noah commented under her dad\u2019s post.<\/p>\n The reflective lyrics come as Cyrus continues his\u00a0bitter divorce battle<\/a> with his 37-year-old estranged wife\u00a0Firerose<\/a>. <\/strong>The estranged duo \u2014 who first met on the set of Hannah Montana<\/em>, became musical collaborators and ultimately tied the knot on Oct. 10, 2023 in Franklin, Tennessee. Less than eight\u00a0months after the pair tied the knot in an\u00a0intimate wedding ceremony in November<\/a>, Billy Ray quietly filed for divorce in late May.<\/p>\n In response, Firerose filed docs of her own, alleging that he was emotionally, psychologically and verbally abusive toward her. She claimed he \u201cinterfered in [her] career in the music industry,\u201d and that she was \u201csubjected to [Cyrus\u2019] persistent drug use accompanied with the consumption of marijuana, which made [him] unpredictable and volatile.\u201d<\/p>\n Firerose is sober, and in an I<\/a>nstagram post on May 31<\/a>, she shared a selfie of herself with the caption, \u201c8 years sober today by the grace of God!\u201d<\/p>\n Additionally, she accused Billy Ray of \u201cintentional infliction of emotional distress for his financial abuse\u201d and claims there was an \u201cintentional delay of [her] long-planned surgery\u201d \u2014 a preventative double mastectomy. Similarly, Cyrus accused Firerose of abuse<\/a> and alleged \u201cfraud\u201d with claims that Firerose said, \u201cIf you ever think of divorcing me right now, I will tell everyone that you did it because of the double mastectomy and your career will be over.\u201d<\/p>\n The \u201cAchy Breaky Heart\u201d singer \u201cvehemently\u201d denied abuse allegations made against him by his estranged wife, alleging that he was \u201cnot only verbally and emotionally\u201d abused by his ex but physically as well.
