We have used the pizza dough recipe in the booklet that came with it and have made THE most delicious pizzas. We put our on parchment paper and at the first turn (15 seconds) we simply remove the paper \u2013 easy! No burning, a thin crunchy crust as I like it! Our friends have Ooni\u2019s and ours makes even better pies! We highly recommend this!
