The new cell will be able to provide at least 80% of its original capacity after four years of regular use, way above the industry average of 800 charging cycles.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"inline-image\" width=\"1200\" height=\"562\" src=\"https:\/\/fdn.gsmarena.com\/imgroot\/news\/24\/06\/oneplus-glacier-battery-details\/inline\/-1200\/gsmarena_002.jpg\" alt=\"OnePlus promises 4-year battery health for all its future smartphones\"\/><\/p>\n<p>OnePlus also confirmed the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gsmarena.com\/oneplus_ace_3_pro_to_have_a_massive_battery_inside_an_ultrathin_device-news-63355.php\">previously rumored<\/a> 6,100 mAh capacity and revealed that we will see the battery in the Ace 3 Pro, which will launch next week.<\/p>\n<p>The new pack will have a 763Wh\/L energy density, and the the battery will weigh just 14 grams.<\/p>\n<p>The battery will also  retain the 100W fast charging support, allowing the 6,100 mAh pack to go from 1% to 100% in 36 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"inline-image\" width=\"1200\" height=\"562\" src=\"https:\/\/fdn.gsmarena.com\/imgroot\/news\/24\/06\/oneplus-glacier-battery-details\/inline\/-1200\/gsmarena_001.jpg\" alt=\"OnePlus promises 4-year battery health for all its future smartphones\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The battery was developed jointly with CATL, the largest battery manufacturer in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arenaev.com\">EV field<\/a>.
