Howie Mandel<\/b><\/a> will never forget this wild night in Las Vegas. The America\u2019s Got Talent<\/i><\/a> judge set the record straight on how his wife, Terry Mandel<\/b>, ended up bleeding in the famous city during a recent couple\u2019s trip.<\/p>\n

\u201cFirst of all, she wasn\u2019t drunk,\u201d Howie, 68, said on the Tuesday, June 18, episode of TMZ Live<\/i><\/a>. \u201cShe\u2019s so worried that people are going to intervene. She doesn\u2019t have an alcohol problem. I\u2019m going to tell you the truth. She took gummies. It\u2019s not an alcohol problem. She was on pot.\u201d<\/p>\n

The clarification comes one day after Howie appeared on Live With Kelly and Mark<\/i><\/a> and shared a story about his wife getting injured while in Sin City. While staying at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas, Howie recalled waking up to his wife injured and bleeding in their room.<\/p>\n

\u201cI wake up, I turn on the light and I look around the bed,\u201d he recalled to Kelly Ripa<\/strong><\/a> and Mark Consuelos<\/a><\/strong> on June 17. \u201cShe\u2019s in the corner face down. I didn\u2019t know she cut her head. Blood is pooling. I freaked out. I picked her up. I put her on the bed. There\u2019s blood everywhere. I went and grabbed all the towels. All the towels are covered with blood.\u201d<\/p>\n

After calling the front desk for emergency assistance, Howie received a visit from security outside his door.<\/p>\n

\u201cWithin a second, they bang on the door,\u201d the comedian recalled. \u201cI open the door, I\u2019m standing there in my underpants. I open the door and there\u2019s 10 security people there. \u2026 I see people taking pictures of blood on the floor.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ultimately, Howie was able to take his wife to the hospital to treat her broken cheek. In addition, security determined that the TV host was not responsible for his wife\u2019s injuries.<\/p>\n
