Kaitlyn Bristowe<\/strong><\/a> is trying her best to simply move forward. In a new social media post, The Bachelorette<\/em> alum offered a glimpse into her state of mind after ex-fianc\u00e9 Jason Tartick<\/strong> went public with his new girlfriend Kat Stickler<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

It all began when a fan posted a supportive message to Kaitlyn, 38, in an \u201cOff the Vine\u201d podcast Facebook group.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn light of recent news, I think today\u2019s as good a day as ever to post something we love about our girl, KB!\u201d the fan wrote via Us Weekly<\/i><\/a>. \u201cI\u2019ll go first: You\u2019re unapologetically yourself. You love the people (and dogs) in your circle to your full extent. You created this safe space for all of us to come vent, laugh, cry and share life\u2019s big events with and we couldn\u2019t thank you enough! We love you KB! Hold your head up.\u201d<\/p>\n

Soon after, members left comments speculating about how Kaitlyn really<\/em> felt about Jason, 35, going Instagram official<\/a> with Kat on Wednesday, June 12. The chatter left the podcast host wanting to speak out.<\/p>\n

\u201cY\u2019all are making some wild assumptions in here,\u201d she wrote. \u201cThank you for the kind sentiment. It meant a lot to me.\u201d Another user decided to weigh in asking the group to \u201clet go of the narrative that KB is hurt\/saddened by Jason\u2019s relationship.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cShe has very clearly moved on,\u201d the fan wrote. \u201cAnd truthfully, based on some of her cryptic comments, there\u2019s no love lost on her part.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kaitlyn replied, \u201cIt\u2019s more of some held-on anger and resentment that I\u2019m working through!!! Not hurt.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jason and Kaitlyn were together for four years before they decided to call off<\/a> their engagement in August 2023. While Bachelor Nation has speculated that Kaitlyn is now dating Zac Clark<\/strong><\/a> after the pair was\u00a0spotted<\/a> at multiple events<\/a>, both parties have not publicly confirmed their status.<\/p>\n

\u201cDo I know they are hanging out and have [been]? Yes, but he does not give me the guts because when I have asked, he makes it awkward,\u201d Zac\u2019s friend Blake Moynes<\/strong> shared during a March appearance on iHeartRadio\u2019s \u201cAlmost Famous\u201d podcast<\/a>. \u201cHe just doesn\u2019t want to feed and play into that.
