For the casual viewer, it\u2019s easy to see why someone would confuse\u00a0Jesse Plemons<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Matt Damon<\/strong><\/a>. They have a similar face and blonde haircut. Jesse, 36, opened up about the similarities to Matt, 53, during an interview on\u00a0Jimmy Kimmel Live!\u00a0<\/em>on Wednesday, June 12. Before talking about the comparisons, Jesse took part in a hilarious skit with\u00a0Jimmy Kimmel<\/strong><\/a> and his sidekick\u00a0Guillermo Rodriguez<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

For those who may not be familiar with Jimmy\u2019s rivalry with Matt, the late-night host and Academy Award winner have a satirical public feud, stemming from Jimmy using the sign-off phrase \u201cApologies to Matt Damon, but we ran out of time.\u201d Since then, the\u00a0Good Will Hunting\u00a0<\/em>star has never formally appeared on Jimmy\u2019s talk show, but he\u2019s attempted to \u201csneak\u201d on many times, and they\u2019ve played up the feud quite a bit in various media appearances.<\/p>\n

All that being said, let\u2019s get back to Jesse. After Jimmy gave his introduction, the camera cut to his sidekick Guillermo, who had the\u00a0Breaking Bad\u00a0<\/em>actor in a cage in a separate room, mistaking him for Matt. \u201cI\u2019ve got him, Jimmy,\u201d he said. Jesse tried to clarify that he wasn\u2019t Matt, and Guillermo said, \u201cNice try, you son-of-a-b***h.\u201d Eventually, he let him out.<\/p>\n
