Julianna Margulies<\/b><\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>will not return to <\/span>The Morning Show <\/span><\/i>for season 4. After starting off in season 2, the 58-year-old actress is saying \u201cgoodbye\u201d to being Reese Witherspoon\u2019s<\/a><\/strong> love interest on the show.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n According to an insider that spoke with <\/span>Variety, <\/span><\/i><\/a>she turned down being in one episode of the fourth season .\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n This decision comes after the finale of season 3 where she had hope to see her character, Laura Peterson, grow. \u201cWe\u2019re very, very, very early in the room, but I think I\u2019d want to explore [Laura] more\u2026Her dimensionality. Not just, \u2018I\u2019m Laura and I love Bradley, and she occasionally drives me crazy!\u2019 I think there\u2019s there\u2019s more to Laura than that,\u201d show runner Charlotte Stoudt told Variety<\/em>.<\/p>\n The source also noted to the publication that the decision came before the stirrup she had last year during an interview on \u201cThe Black Room\u201d podcast in November when she made controversial comments while speaking about the Israel-Hamas war. \u201cYou know, there was a film being shown by this Black lesbian club on the Columbia campus and they put up signs that said, \u2018no Jews allowed [most likely in reference to an incident reported by the <\/span>New York Post<\/span><\/a>]\u2026As someone who plays a lesbian journalist on \u2018The Morning Show\u2026I am more offended by it as a lesbian than I am as a Jew. Because I wanna say to them: You f**king idiots. You don\u2019t exist. You\u2019re even lower than the Jews. A, you\u2019re Black, and B, you\u2019re gay. And you\u2019re turning your back against the people who support you?
