Lego Fortnite though seems to have captured a sweet spot between the hardcore Battle Royale game and a version where you, well just want to play with Lego!<\/p>\n<p>Now, with the game firmly established and bedded in, Epic is set to add two more difficulty modes of the Lego version at opposite ends of the gaming spectrum.<\/p>\n<p>In a patch that will go live tomorrow (June 13th), Lego Fortnite players will get both a Cozy mode and an Expert mode.<\/p>\n<h2>What is Lego Fortnite Cozy mode?<\/h2>\n<p>\u201cWhether you\u2019re a beginner survivor or a builder who likes a little bit of thrill, Cozy mode\u2019s up your alley! Create a world and get greeted by Slumber, a friendly face who\u2019ll guide you through your journey step-by-step.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>So says the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fortnite.com\/news\/lego-fortnite-v30-10-adds-cozy-mode-and-expert-mode?lang=en-US\">Lego Fortnite website<\/a> which goes on to list the Cozy mode default settings to give you an idea of how chill things are going to be.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enemies \u2013 On<\/li>\n<li>Enemy Difficulty (new setting!) \u2013 Easy<\/li>\n<li>Storm-Wild Enemies (new setting!) \u2013 Off<\/li>\n<li>Hunger \u2013 Off<\/li>\n<li>Temperature \u2013 Off<\/li>\n<li>Stamina \u2013 Off<\/li>\n<li>Player Elimination \u2013 Respawn<\/li>\n<li>Drop Inventory Upon Elimination \u2013 Off<\/li>\n<li>Friendly Creatures \u2013 On<\/li>\n<li>Friendly Damage \u2013 Off<\/li>\n<li>Villagers \u2013 On<\/li>\n<li>Power System \u2013 Off<\/li>\n<li>Village Animals Removed On Elimination \u2013 Off<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What is Lego Fortnite Expert mode?<\/h2>\n<p>At the other end of the gaming food chain, we are also now getting Expert mode which is described thus:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2018Fraid of Wild Wolves? Well, now there are even wilder wolves.<\/p>\n<p>In Expert mode, creatures infected by a \u201cstorm\u201d roam with creatures who haven\u2019t been infected. (Where did this storm come from\u2026) These Storm-Wild enemies deal more damage, have more Health, and move faster than regular enemies. If you\u2019re not prepared to face them, running away won\u2019t be easy\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Stronger enemies are not the main problem here as Lego Fortnite Expert mode also introduces Permadeath \u2013 you read that right, lose all your hearts without a Totem of Return equipped and that\u2019s it \u2013 you are locked out of the world forever.
