Natalie Portman<\/strong><\/a> shared that she is thankful for \u201cfriends who lift me up\u201d in a birthday post shared to Instagram<\/a> on Sunday, June 9. \u201cThis year, on my birthday, I want to celebrate my gratitude for my friends who lift me up again and again,\u201d captioned the 43-year-old.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Black Swan<\/em> actress released snaps of herself alongside her friends on different occasions. Many of her Hollywood gals praised her on her special day, such as Reese Witherspoon<\/a> <\/strong>who commented, \u201cincredible diamond of a human! I love you.\u201d Kerry Washington<\/a><\/strong> noted \u201cHAPPY BIRTHDAY BEAUTIFUL HUMAN,\u201d and Isla Fisher<\/a> <\/strong>shared, \u201cPorts I love you. Happy Birthday. I\u2019m so grateful you were born.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

This special shoutout comes shortly after Natalie split from her estranged husband, Benjamin Millepied<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 whom she met on the set of Black Swan <\/em>\u2013 in August 2023. Throughout their 11 years of marriage, the then-couple welcomed Aleph and Amalia,<\/a> <\/strong>whom \u201cshe and Ben really love\u201d and \u201care equally focused on being the best co-parents they can be,\u201d an insider told People<\/em> back in March. Two months prior to the split, it was rumored that the 47-year-old dancer was unfaithful with Camille \u00c9tienne<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Though neither have addressed the infidelity allegations, Natalie gave Vanity Fair<\/em> a subtle message when asked. \u201cIt\u2019s terrible, and I have no desire to contribute to it\u2026\u201d referring to the chatter surrounding her marriage.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Natalie found a sacred place throughout this phase of her life, and that was with her friends. \u201cI lead a very non-Hollywood life in L.A. I live on the east side. I have some friends who are in the entertainment industry, but many friends who are not, and we don\u2019t do industry things when we hang out\u2026We\u2019re not going to Hollywood parties, we\u2019re having dinners at home in the backyard,\u201d she shared to the outlet.<\/span><\/p>\n

Despite the heartbreak, an insider told Us Weekly<\/em>, \u201cNatalie is her confident self [again]\u2026It took her a while to get her smile back after the divorce, but she has turned a corner\u2026She\u2019s really coming into her own self-happiness.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
