Per a viral fan-captured TikTok<\/a> video, the 39-year-old musician explained on June 8 that the juvenile detention center was \u201cright behind [him] in the same parking lot.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cY\u2019all make some noise for the boys and girls over there at the juvenile center for me \u2014 one time, as loud as you can,\u201d Jelly Roll said to the crowd. \u201cAnd the reason I wanted you to make noise was because I know they [can] hear us.
