Jeremy Renner<\/strong> <\/a>found one mission to be impossible when he was asked to reprise his role William Brandt in Mission: Impossible \u2014 Fallout<\/em>. During a recent appearance on the \u201cHappy Sad Confused<\/a>\u201d podcast, the 53-year-old movie star<\/a> revealed the reason why he turned down coming back to Tom Cruise<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s action franchise was his daughter, Ava.<\/p>\n

After podcast host Josh Horowitz asked the Hurt Locker<\/em> actor why he only chose to star in two films from the franchise, Jeremy explained that a film like this would have taken him away from caring for his 11-year-old child.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere [was] no schedule, so I can\u2019t go out for a year and a half. I gotta go be a dad,\u201d Jeremy said. \u201cI can\u2019t just move my daughter out here because [her] mom is \u2014 you know, I was landlocked out here. I couldn\u2019t film overseas anymore.\u201d<\/p>\n
